Sterilisering av mann

Sterilisering hos menn innebærer at sædlederne skjæres eller brennes over via et snitt på hver side av pungen. Det er vanlig å oppleve ømhet og hevelse i pungen de første dagene etter inngrepet, men de fleste er tilbake i normal aktivitet etter en ukes tid.

Sterilisering regnes som en meget sikker prevensjon, men det tar noe tid før det er tomt for levende sædceller i sæden.
