Aspartam og dets helseeffekter

Aspartam er ca. 200 ganger søtere enn strøsukker (sukrose) og tilsatt mengde i vanlige produkter tilfører nær null kalorier. Helsemessig er det store gevinster i å erstatte sukker med aspartam.
