Allergivaksinering

Allergivaksinering, nå omdøpt til allergen immunterapi,  kan brukes når en allergisk sykdom ikke lar seg kontrollere tilfredsstillende med medisiner. Tidligere ble behandlingen kun gitt som sprøyter, men nå brukes oftere tabletter eller dråper.

Allergivaksinering er best egnet for dem som har bjørkepollenallergi, burotpollenallergi og gresspollenallergi (timotei).
