Infeksjoner med parvovirus

Parvovirus er årsak til den femte barnesykdommen, men kan gi andre sykdomsbilder hos voksne. Kan gi fosterskade ved smitte i svangerskap.

Virus overføres ved dråpesmitte (luftsmitte), blodsmitte eller direkte fra gravid til foster.
