Manglende seksuell lyst hos kvinner

Manglende seksuell lyst er det vanligste seksuelle problemet blant kvinner. Årsaker til dette kan være relasjonelle problemer til partner, sykdom, medisiner, endringer i hormonmengden, og mange krav knyttet til ulike roller i hverdagen.

Manglende seksuell lyst kan ofte bedres av stresshåndtering, nok hvile og regelmessig mosjon.
