Endometriose

Endometriose gir symptomer som sterke menstruasjonssmerter, eventuelt smerter ved eggløsning og hos en del kroniske smerter. Vanlig behandling mot smertene er NSAIDs og hormonbehandling, f. eks. p-piller.

Endometriose forekommer hos 6 til 10 prosent av alle kvinner.
