Frossen skulder (kapsulitt i skulderen)

Kapsulitt i skulderen kalles av mange frossen skulder. Det er en betennelse i leddet som medfører betydelig innskrenket bevegelighet i skulderleddet.

Hos mange er årsaken til kapsulitt ukjent, det vil si at plagene oppstår uten at det har vært skader eller spesielle påkjenninger på forhånd. (Illustrasjonsfoto)
