Strekkskade på baksiden av låret, hamstringskade

Utøvere som har hatt strekkskade på baksiden av låret tidligere, hamstringskade, er mer utsatte enn andre for nye strekkskader.

Hamstringskade rammer særlig idrettsutøvere som driver med "eksplosive" idretter i form av raske spurter.
