Rabdomyolyse

Rabdomyolyse er en sykdom som skyldes akutt ødeleggelse av store mengder muskelceller. Årsakene er mange. Akutt nyresvikt er en vanlig komplikasjon. De fleste blir bra, men for noen kan sykdommen bli alvorlig.

De første tegnene på rabdomyolyse er muskelømhet og etter hvert muskelsmerter og hevelse i de angrepne muskelpartiene.
