Halsbyll

Halsbyll eller peritonsillær abscess er en komplikasjon til halsbetennelse. Symptomene er sterke halssmerter, svelgevansker, økende problemer med å åpne munnen, feber og sterk sykdomsfølelse.

Halsbyll behandles med antibiotika. og det er ofte nødvendig å stikke hull på byllen.
