Manglende menstruasjon - primær amenoré - hva kan årsaken være?

Manglende menstruasjon er når en jente i 14-årsalderen aldri har hatt menstruasjon, og i tillegg mangler brystutvikling, behåring i kjønnsregionen og heller ikke har hatt noen vekstspurt.
