Heshet - hva kan årsaken være?

Heshet er vanlig, og noe de fleste har opplevd ved forkjølelse eller halsbetennelse. Kraftig stemmebruk kan føre til heshet, og en sjelden gang kan det være alvorlig sykdom som forårsaker hesheten.

Heshet skyldes i de fleste tilfeller en godartet eller selvbegrensende tilstand.
