Bekkenleddsmerter

Bekkenleddsmerter, også kalt bekkenløsning, opptrer hos mer enn 15 prosent av alle gravide i Norge. Hos de aller fleste går plagene tilbake etter fødselen.

Bekkenleddsmerter behandles først og fremst ved å tilpasse egen hverdag. For eksempel kan det hjelpe å belaste beina jevnt, å gå med korte skritt, og legge en pute mellom beina når du skal ligge på siden.
