Ulcerøs kolitt

De vanligste symptomene ved ulcerøs kolitt er magesmerter og blodig, slimete diaré.

Etter det første akutte anfallet blir de fleste pasienter symptomfrie en kortere eller lengre periode. De aller fleste har imidlertid et eller flere tilbakefall i løpet av en 10-årsperiode.
