Fysisk aktivitet og psykiske lidelser

Trening som behandlingsmetode er vitenskapelig godt dokumentert ved enkelte former for psykiske lidelser.

Fysisk aktivitet kan virke positivt for mennesker med psykiske lidelser. Trening kan gi positive tanker, bedre selvtillit og selvkontroll.
