Allergi eller intoleranse mot grønnsaker og belgfrukter

Peanøtter og soyabønner er blant de mest kjente matallergenene vi har, men også andre grønnsaker og frukter kan gi matvarereaksjoner.

Allergiske reaksjoner på grønnsaker kan være ganske milde og begrense seg til reaksjoner i munn og hals (kløe og hevelse).
