Sykelig overspising

Overspising er en tilstand som karakteriseres ved hyppige episoder med inntak av store mengder mat. Ved aktiv behandling av overspising er psykoterapi i form av kognitiv atferdsterapi den foretrukne behandlingen.

Overspising: Mange føler skam og skyld over å miste kontrollen over matinntaket.
